“The Sights and Sounds of the Opening of the 20th Century”
It’s “FAIR” weather in Buffalo so it’s time to put on your dancing shoes and shuffle off to the Pan American Fair of 1901. Resident George Goetz has entertained Southgate with numerous presentations including the New York City World of Tomorrow Fair of 1939 and the 1893 Chicago World Fair. Journey back with George as your tour guide through this spectacular fair of 1901. The 7:15 evening performance in the lounge will allow you to experience the sights and music of the entertainment section of the fair at night. “World Fairs represent the optimism of yesterday’s tomorrows.”
