It is both a privilege and a pleasure to serve on the Southgate Residents’ Council. Southgate provides many opportunities for residents to contribute to the good life in this community by volunteering. And among those opportunities, I believe the role of the Residents’ Council is particularly important in maintaining good channels of communication between Southgate management and the resident community.
“I am honored to be serving a second term on the Southgate Residents’ Council as Vice President and Program Committee Chair. I look forward to accomplishing important things for the residents of Southgate and to working with Management to achieve that goal.”
“I am very pleased that the Residents of Southgate have entrusted me and my fellow Council members to work collaboratively with the Management to make Southgate a fitting home for all residents. It is a pleasure to serve the Residents and work with the excellent staff to continuously improve Southgate.”
“I moved to Southgate – an exceptional Continuing Care Retirement Community – from my home in the neighboring town of Northborough where I had lived for fifty-seven years. Surprisingly, it took me no time at all to call Southgate my home. I now serve on the Residents’ Council which gives me the opportunity to become more involved in and contribute to the community.”
“As a member of the Residents’ Council, I am able to facilitate communication between Residents and management. Living here at Southgate has given me the opportunity to become an active citizen in our vibrant community. This is my home, and I love it!”
